Bulk lease abstraction: Chipotle's delivered output and validation process

Chipotle needed structured data from 1,945 scanned leases across 31 service categories. The work identified who performed each service, who paid for it, and the supporting lease provision. A two-person Axiom team delivered the project in 20 weeks.
